TransActive Systems' Online Qualifier is Australia's first pre-paid, web based Home Loan Qualifier.
Developed by TransActive Systems to assist mortgage brokers in their day to day operations, the Online Qualifier is derived from ActiveClient, the most complete broker software tool on the market.
A totally independent system, TransActive's Online Qualifier is designed with a solid knowledge of the mortgage market, a broker's requirements, and the unusual circumstances that arise in our industry.
As a system that is utilised online, the Online Qualifier allows brokers to:

- Carry out calculations and qualifications
From any location with internet access. No more need to worry about software requirements or updating PCs or laptops. Lender and product information is always the latest and most accurate.
- Client Management
Allows brokers to store and retrieve all client data from names, address, contacts, employment, security properties, etc. Enough information can be stored to complete a full online application. - Qualification
With our advanced qualification tool, users can enter a client's basic information and be provided with the maximum loans and qualified products from each of the supported lenders. From here, users can provide clients with product reports, comparison reports, and our unique AAPR (Average Annual Percent Rate) which provides a true rate based on the exact loan amounts and splits the client requires. The AAPR is a calculation of the true interest rate including all the fees and charges, calculated on the required loan. - Calculators
A Purchase cost calculator which calculates stamp duties, government fees and LMI, and a repayment calculator are available, that provide reports for the client and can be saved against a client's file for later reference. - Reports
TransActive's Online Qualifier can produce several reports, that can be saved, printed and emailed.- Lenders List - A complete list of the qualified Lenders. Shows max loans, AAPR and even LMI
- Product Report - A complete product specification sheet providing all details on an individual product.
- Product Selection - Provides a report on the selected products from the qualifier.
- Repayments - Provides a report showing the possible savings from extra repayments and /or offset account.
- Purchase Costs - Provides a report from the purchase cost calculator. Shows the Security value, LVR, Maximum loan amount, deposit required, costs, stamp duty, LMI and government charges.
- Product Comparison Report - One of the most popular reports, displays up to seven selected products on a single form with the fees, charges, and features displayed on a head to head basis.

How does it work?
Access to use the Online Qualifier and all its features is gained through purchasing pre-paid 'blocks' of time, or sessions. Each session is 1 hour (60 minutes) duration. Registration is necessary (once only) before you are able to purchase any pre-paid blocks.
- Register - create an ActiveLoan account and receive 2 free sessions.
- Wait for your password to be sent - After successful registration, your username and password will be immediately sent as an SMS. You can then log in and use your 2 free sessions.
